Designed to produce low dissolved solids water from higher TDS tap or well water, these compact Industrial RO systems use high efficiency, thin film reverse osmosis membranes and FRP & S.S. membrane housings. The RO product water is used in applications such as water stores, carwash spot free resin, whole industry, hospitals, laborataries, humidification, misting, and a wide variety of other commercial and industrial applications.
Part of the EconomyWater Industrial family (This Automatic 24 hours systems include Grundfos Pump) for use of low pressure lines and components. Careful design steps are taken to minimize the highly corrosive nature of these brackish waters. These reverse osmosis systems use the proven, reliable components and are mounted on a sturdy powder-coated metal frame. There are numerous design details learned from years of experience that are incorporated in our water filtration systems. Our process and fluid design ensures an optimum membrane life and minimizes the membrane fouling.
It is very important to pretreat the water before it reaches the osmosis membrane due to its hardness. The iron and chlorine contents can damage or shorten the lifetime of the membrane. Therefore, water softener, iron remover, activated carbon and chlorine filters must be installed before the reverse osmosis membrane for getting the economical and efficient operation of the system. Furthermore, the whole system has to be maintained properly. Regular maintenance is inevitable and due every 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the usage of the system and the quality of the water to be treated.
This automatic (24 hours usage) Reverse Osmosis Systems is designed for easy filter and membrane servicing, as well as for higher recovery rates and minimal energy consumption, while offering higher flow rates and contaminant rejection levels. EconomyWater standard water purification systems can be used in a variety of applications and can also be customized for use with higher TDS levels. System capacities range from 250 to 25,000 liters plus per day and can expandable that allows for many options and upgrades for most applications. It designed to use 24 hours continuously and installed grundfos membrane pump for automatic operations, and also can combine with sensors, such as; ultrasonic meter level.
