Simplex industrial water softener is the central water softener system which carries out the water softening for industrial appliances. Its preventing the formation and growth of limescale, thus extends the lifetime of Industrial appliances.
SIMPLEX water softeners system are used when the use of water is not constant 24 hours daily . The device consists of two main units; the resin column and the brine tank. Ion exchange resin column carries out the water softening, while the brine tank holds the salt which required for regeneration of the resin.
The principle of the water softener:
The ion-exchange water softeners using an ion exchange resin organic compound technology which dissolved calcium and magnesium ions in the water and replaced by sodium ions. With this technology, the solution is maintained and water cannot precipitate hardness minerals under any circumstances.
All custom made models have four distinct cycles of operations:
Backwash – hydraulic cleaning; up-flow
Slow rinse – displaces residual brine; down-flow
Fast rinse – prepares softening resin for service cycle; down-flow.
